All merchandise remains the property of RusTeak until fully paid.
All merchandise will remain on the premises of RusTeak until fully paid.
It is understood the customer has inspected the piece(s) purchased and they are floor model piece(s).
Returns:
1) All sales of reduced or altered items are FINAL.
2) If previously arranged, items “On Approval” may be returned for a full refund if in original condition on a "Same Day" basis.
3) All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Delivery:
A delivery charge is applicable for all items not picked up. This charge will depend on the number of pieces, area of the city and whether a second person is required to assist in off-loading the piece(s).
Note: It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the piece(s) will fit from entrance to final destination, provide a clear path for delivery, (incl. snow/ice removal), arrange elevators, etc., otherwise extra charges will apply.
Pick Up:
When picking up, it is the customers' responsibility to arrive prepared with the necessary items to ensure its safe transportation (i.e.) person to assist with lifting/loading and the necessary supplies for securing - blankets, bubble wrap, rope, etc. The customer is responsible for calling 24 hours in advance of a pick up so that RusTeak may prepare for same. We reserve the right to refuse pick up without two able bodied people.
