Terms & Conditions
All merchandise remains the property of RusTeak until fully paid and will remain on the premises of RusTeak until fully paid.

It is understood that the customer has inspected the piece(s) purchased and that they are floor model piece(s).

Payment Methods
We accept Cash, EMT's, Interac, Mastercard or Visa.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and apply to the piece for which it is intended.

Returns
All sales of upholstered, reduced or altered items are FINAL.

Only if previously arranged, items "On Approval" may be returned for a full refund if in original condition on a "Same-Day" basis. All non same-day returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The original sales receipt must accompany all returns, no exceptions.

Delivery*
All merchandise is FOB RusTeak. Cost of Delivery can be quoted depending on the number of pieces and distance.

*Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the piece(s) will fit from entrance to final destination, provide a clear path for delivery, (incl. snow/ice removal), arrange elevators, etc., otherwise extra charges will apply.

Pick-up
Customers picking up their purchase must bring a copy of their invoice & appropriate wrapping materials.

The customer is responsible for calling 24 hours in advance of a pick-up so that RusTeak may prepare for same. We reserve the right to refuse pick-up without two able bodied people.

Storage
Without prior arrangement, all product will incur a 5% per week storage fee effective 14 days after date of initial purchase.
